LICSW or LMHC Clinician
Position Title: LICSW or LMHC Clinician
Hours: Part time
The LICSW or LMHC Clinician will work in treatment groups as part of a multi-disciplinary team providing direct individual and group therapy to clients and will work with families and outside providers to assist in facilitating successful transitions back into the community. The clinician also functions as a member of a dynamic leadership team, providing direct supervision and consultation to program staff and interns. The successful candidate should be experienced in the treatment of substance abuse and dual-diagnosis, as well as in group, individual, case management and family treatment.
-Masters degree in Counseling or Social Work and licensed social worker (LICSW) or licensed mental health counselor (LMHC)
-Thorough knowledge and skills in addiction and dual-diagnosis treatment.
-A minimum of three years of clinical supervisory experience to an interdisciplinary team in a substance abuse treatment setting.
-Proficient computer skill including the use of Microsoft Word and Excel.
-Ability to work independently yet always as a member of a treatment team.
-Ability to relate to clients in an instructive, supportive, and compassionate manner.
-Strong organizational writing and communication skills.
