Front Desk Volunteer
Position Title: Front Desk Volunteer
Position Description: Front desk volunteers are responsible for tracking clients, routing messages within the house, and greeting visitors.
Responsibilites may include: Tracking residents as they pass in and out of the building, answering phone calls, paging clients and staff, distributing materials to visitors seeking information
Benefits: Achieve a better understanding of the workings of a halfway house and shelter. Act as liaison between Mission and vistors and guests.
Qualifications: Training will be provided. Prior experience with homeless populations a plus.
Commitment: Weekly commitment of at least one shift per week.
Hours: 3 to 6-hour shifts available between 8am & 5pm daily
Reports to: BRM Staff
